The staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating!
Had the suite which was recently decorated with a window looking over an alley. The location was great and absolutely perfect to events at Winter Gardens. Found time to see a restored Victorian pier, that's at a walking distance from the property.

This location was particularly good, right by the nightlife & daytime attractions, the shopping areas and shops and pubs. Stayed in cheap suite with tea, bathroom, as example.

I recently had a short stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the central location close to the town centre. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and I particularly liked the fact that my room had a window overlooking a charming alley. Additionally, the breakfast at just £4 was delicious and served promptly.
My experience at this hotel was enjoyable and there was nothing major that I felt could be improved.

We enjoyed hotel's incredible and decent location!!
We were in the suite with an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. The bed was very comfy and pillows too. Location: the hotel was near nightlife, and Blackpool. Café Palma Cafe was 200 metres away from the place.
